A Warm Welcome from the Head Teacher
On behalf of the Greenhall family, I would like to welcome you to our Outstanding School. Greenhall is a Special School for children aged 2-5 years with needs in the prime areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – Physical, Communication and Language and Personal, Social, Emotional Development.
Our approach is child-centred and our motto 'Nurturing the Champion Within' applies to all our staff as well as our children. We believe in breaking down the barriers that our children and families face to enable them to reach their potential.
We see parents as partners and are hugely thankful for the support we receive from families and the local community who work with us to provide the very best for our children.
If you would like more information or would like to visit us, please contact the school office. We will be delighted to help.

Context - What Makes us Different?
Early Years Specialism
We work with children aged 3 months to the end of Reception, from our local community & across Staffordshire.
We have a sensory room, hydrotherapy pool, soft play, extensive outdoor areas and a woodland nursery.
Greenhall
We have an intake of pupils aged 2-5 years with needs in the area of Communication & Language, Personal, Social and Emotional Development and / or Physical Development. We offer 4 pathways - Hedgehogs, Foxes, Robins and Squirrels, based on children's individual needs. Our Hedgehogs Class follows the principles of Conductive Education.
Little Learners
We work with children aged 3 months to when they go to Reception, from our local community & across Staffordshire.
We have a sensory room, hydrotherapy pool, soft play, extensive outdoor areas and a woodland nursery.
CLP Trust
We are part of the Creative Learning Partnership Trust, a small but growing MAT of 9 schools. We work collaboratively with each other to ensure the best offer for all of the children. We advocate for the children with SEND within our Trust and champion colleagues to be inclusive.
Community Impact
We are committed to supporting children with SEND in the wider community. We want to equip and enable others to meet their needs. We aim to break down barriers and believe that by developing an understanding of SEND, we can create a more inclusive society.
Parents are overwhelmingly positive about the standard of education and care. Comments from parents include: ‘The whole atmosphere is welcoming, parents and children really feel part of the school family…’
